| • Hing (asafoetida) - 1 pinch. | |
| • Dry red chillis - 4 number. | |
| • Mustard seeds - half tea spoon. | |
| • Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon. | |
| • Cumin seeds or some use fennel - 1 tea spoon. | |
| • Dessicated coconut - 1 tablespoon. | |
| • Tamarind juice - 20 grams. | |
| • Toor dal - half cup. | |
| • Rice - 1 cup. | |
| • Chana dal - 1 tea spoon. | |

Hey Vah Chef, i tried your method of cooking but the rice and other stuff is getting stuck to the bottom of pan. I guess we should use cooker to cook rice and lentil first, then put in the veg.
