Ingredients used in Coconut Chutney
• Grated coconut - 1 cup.
• Split chickpea dal - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies - 4 no.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 10 clove.
• Oil - as required.
• Curry leaves - 10 leaf.
• Urad dal - 1 0.
Method:
  • Grind all ingredients except garlic coarsely.
  • Then add garlic to the grind at last.
  • Later season with the tempering of mustard, urad dal, and curry leaves.

thank u . this chutney tastes good and it goes well with idli and dosas . but iam searching for traditional coconut chutney , which goes well with rice . can u please help me , by showing that recipe .
