I learnt this recipe when I was doing my college in chennai. When we were doing our internship (veterinary) my keralite friend her name is also Geetha taught me this wonderful recipe. It#39;s been more than 10 years now. I would have done this recipe more than 100 times and this is my signature recipe.I, Geetha in Toronto thanking Geetha (busy vetenarian) in Kerala through your website Sanjay. Thanks very much for that. Why I#39;m calling this as my signature recipe, I made this cutlet for my husband#39;s previous office potluck lunch almost 6 years before. Recently we met his old collegue in the mall and he immediately told me that he would never forget my Fish cutlet and it was so yummy and he still remembers the taste. You know ,I was on cloud nine when I heard that. So I thought it would be nice to share it with you all. Hope you would like it. If you make any changes in the recipe please let me know I want to try it too.Thank s guys.
