Ingredients used in Left over overripe bananas
• Cardamom - 2 piece.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
• Wheat flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Maida - 1 tablespoons.
• Corn flour - 1 teaspoons.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Bananas - 2 big.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Cashews - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

1.Peel the bananas and mash it thoroughly. Add all the flours to it and mix well. 2. Grind sugar and carmomom. 3.Add to the banana mixture and mix well 4. Cut cashews into pieces and fry in ghee and add to the banana mixture and mix well. 5. Head the tawa and make small dosa shape with this mixture and cook with ghee. Turn it and cook till both sides turns brownish. Serve hot.
