Ingredients used in Oats rava idli
• Salt - to taste.
• Curd - 2 cup.
• Sooji - 1 cup.
• Oats - 1 cup.
• Fruit salt / baking soda - teaspoons.
Method:

Firstly dryroast oats without oil,then fry sooji or rava withoil.Take a mixer and make oats into fine powder .now,take a bowl and add oats powder,sooji,salt and mix it with curd into the required consistency for making idli,you can use sour curd or normal ones according to taste then add a tsp of eno fruit salt or half tsp of baking soda to it,you can avoid this if u dont want soda or fruit salt .finally fill the batter in the idli moulds and bake for 20 min as normal idli,then oats idli are ready to serve.these can be served with coconut chutney or peanut chutney or chutney of your wish.
