Ingredients used in Paruppu adai dosai
• Dry cumin seeds - 15-20 grams.
• Red chillies - 30 numbers.
• Paiyatham paruppu-green gram - 1/4 pound.
• Tuavaram paruppu -red gram - 1/2 pound.
• Kadala paruupu -bengal gram - 1/2 pound.
• Dry corriander seeds - 15-20 grams.
• Dosa rice - 1 pound.
Method:
Let Rice and all grams to soak in water for 2 hrs.Then grind it along with rest of the ingredients well..after that add salt and mix it well...keep it for 5-6 hrs undisturbed.. thats it ..Our adai is ready..Before make it as dosai,add chopped onions and corriander leaves with the flour...Then We can serve it with our coconut chutney.. It wil be more delicious..i have got gud response..
