Ingredients used in Vegetable jalfrezi
• Mixed boiled vegetable(french beans,potatoes,green peas,and carrots) - 3 cup.
• Onions (chopped) - 2 number.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 2 number.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1 number.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green bell pepper (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Cliantro (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ghee - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Make paste of ginger and green chillies.
  • Heat the ghee in vessel and fry the onions till golden brown, then add paste.
  • Now add tomatoes and cook for a minute, then add boiled vegetables and green bell pepper.
  • Add chilly powder, salt, garam masala and pinch sugar.
  • Cook for 5 min and garnish with chopped cilantro.

DeliciousVegetable jalfrezi is ready to serve.

Hey I have tried ur recipe of paneer butter masala. That rocks!!! I loved it! And I know this Jalfrezi is also going to be the Best. Good part is ur recepies are very simple and not at all time consuming. Thanx!
