Ingredients used in ABIRASHA BILLALU
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Grated jaggery - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Poppy seeds - as required.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Prepare a mixture of rice flour by adding some milk, grated jaggery, cardamom powder in a blender.
  • Then transfer this mixture to a plate and knead it by sprinkling oil.
  • Later rest it in the refrigerator. After about 5 minutes, make them into small flat dumpling, coat it with poppy seeds.
  • At last deep fry in hot oil till the color turns to golden brown.
