Ingredients used in Akkai Roti
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - to taste.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Rice flour - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Chop the onions, green chilies, coriander leaves finely and mix it in a bowl.
  • Now add sugar, salt, mix it thoroughly leave for a minute then add the rice flour mix it.
  • Add extra water if required, mix it to the chapathi dough consistency, it should not be sticky.
  • Now on a butter sheet or a plastic sheet, apply little oil and spread the dough in round shape like chapathi with hands itself.
  • At last fry this like chapathis with little oil on both sides.

Serve hot with any chutney
