BEET ROOT SOUP

Ingredients used in BEET ROOT SOUP
• Red wine venigar - 1 tablespoon.
• Lemon - 1/2 piece.
• Dill leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic chopped - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato purees - 1/2 cup.
• Tomatoes - 1 cup.
• Cabbage - 1 cup.
• Celery - 1 cup.
• Carrot - 1 cup.
• Garlic - 1 tablespoons.
• Onions - 1 cup.
• Potatoes - 1 cup.
• Beet root (big) - 1 cup.
• Vegetable stock - 5 cups.
• Butter - 3 0.
• Maida - 1 cup.
• Carawayseeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sour cream - 1 tablespoon.
• Parsley (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Put a vessel on the stove heat it and add some chopped onions and garlic paste, add butter.
  • Once the butter is melting add chopped celery, chopped carrots, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, cubes of potatoes and add full cup of beetroot then add vegetable stock.
  • Once it comes to boil, add salt and sugar, a cup of cabbage, pepper powder, dill leaves and red wine vinegar.
  • DUMPLING: Take one egg add 1/2 cup milk, a pinch of salt, caraway seeds, add Maida mixed with baking powder make a paste.
  • Take the paste in a spoon and drop the dumpling in the soup.
  • Once the soup is ready to transfer to another bowl and garnish with parsley, sour cream, andlemon.
