Ingredients used in ALOO KA CHOKHA
• Crushed ginger - 2 teaspoons.
• Musturd oil - 1 to 2 tablespoons.
• Green chilli - 1 number.
• Red chilli - 1 number.
• Cummin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Potato medium size - 4 numbers.
• Garlic - 2 cloves.
• Salt - to taste.
• Small cut onion - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Boil the potato. Mash it and keep aside.
  • Cut the garlic in small pieces Cut the green chilli in small pieces Heat the musturd oil.
  • Deep fry the red chilli dark brown and take it out.
  • Then crush it with hand. Add Cumin seeds...then garlic in heated oil. once the garlic is done add Onion, Once onion is done, pour it on mashed potato. Mix everything together.
  • Serve it with chapati or rice dal.

In ingredients there was a ginger but in preparing method ginger turned into garlic:). In preparing method you mentioned about green chilli but you forgot to mention when and how to use this green chilli.
