Ingredients used in Alpine mushroom salad
• Chanterelle mushroom - 2 cups.
• Porcini mushroom - 1 cup.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Fresh basil (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Olive oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons.
• Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Sun-dried tomatoes (diced) - half cup.
• Parsley (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • On a pan place the mushrooms garlic and olive oil. Toss. Season.
  • Bake in oven until light brown. Remove.
  • Toss with remaining ingredients.

Keep at room temperature.
