Ingredients used in Amchur Fish Fry
• Fish - 5 number.
• Poppy seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Desiccated coconut powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chillies - 5 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - as required.
• Amchur powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Dry roast red chilies, poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, desiccated coconut powder.
  • Later grind that to a fine powder and keep aside.
  • Marinate fish pieces with ginger garlic paste, oil, turmeric powder, salt, ground masala powder, amchur powder.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, coriander leaves chopped, salt, curry leaves and fry it.
  • Once onions turn slightly transparent, put marinated fish pieces and cook the fish pieces slowly for 4 minutes on each side.

DeliciousAmchur Fish Fry is now ready to serve.
