Ingredients used in Anarasa
• Lemon juice - 4 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 200 grams.
• Rice flour - 400 grams.
• Gingelly seeds - 100 grams.
• Butter - 250 grams.
Method:

1.mix together the rice flour sugar and lemon juice.cpllect in a heap and cover with a deep dish.after 4-5 hours the sugar will melt and will be like a dough.

2.sprinkle the gingelly seeds on a flat steel plate.

3.take small lemon sized balls of the dough and place on the gingelly seeds.with your finger go on pressing the balls to form flat rounds about 5#39;#39; in diameter.

4.heat some clarified butter in a flat pan; fry the rice rounds with the gingelly seeds on top till they become light brown.keep spooning the butter (from the pan itself) over the rounds but donbsp;not turn them over.remove and drain on absorbent paper.
