1.boil the milk till it is reduced to half; stirring occasionally; keep it aside till it cools.
2.then add the sugar, eggs andnbsp;the melted ghee.
3.cook the mixture again stirring constantly till it begins to leave the sides of the pan.
4.add the almonds and the cardamom powder; mix well.
5.serve hot garnished with pistachios.
