Ingredients used in andhra kichidi(pappubiyyam)
• Musterd seeds and cumin seeds for seasioning,red chilli - .
• Peeled garlic - 10 numbers.
• Onion - 1 cup.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Toordal - 2tbsp tablespoons.
• Chana dal - 1tbs tablespoons.
• Rice - 1cup cup.
• Curry leaf and coriander leaf - .
• Water - 2 cup.
• Greenchilli - 5 numbers.
Method:

First mix the rice and chana,toordal.And wash it,soak for 10mins. Fisrt take a vessel and put oil in it.In oil add musterd seeds,cumin seeds,after they crakle add red chilles.add onions,garlic,green chilles fry for some time.when onions are become golden brown(not too much) add water in it.In that you add coriader and curry leaves,salt.when water is boiled you can add soaked rice.with in 10 min kichidi is ready
