Preparation of Badam milk:
- Dry roast poppy seeds, fennel seeds, pepper, badam, cashew nuts, pistachios then grind to fine powder. Keep aside.
- Then put 1 tablespoon of this powder and mix well with badam milk.
Preparation of caramel custard:
- Make a thick caramel syrup of sugar and place in a bowl.
- Meanwhile, beat 3 eggs to a fluffy consistency.
- Later, pour 2 bottles of badam milk, badam essence, cardamom powder, sugar and beat it again.
- Now pour this mixture in 2 steel bowls then place it in water poured tray and cook it in an oven or pressure cooker.
