Ingredients used in Kiwi Pie
• Kiwi - 4 number.
• Biscuit powder - 1 cup.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Egg yolk - 1 number.
• Milk - as required.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Cream cheese - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Grind kiwi roundelsto a fine paste and keep aside.
  • Take biscuit powder in a bowl, add butter, mix to a stiff dough by adding little water if required, take small portions of the dough and press it evenly into a mouldas a thicklayer.
  • Take egg yolk in a bowl, add milk, sugar,whisk well, add cream, cheese, prepared kiwi paste to it, mixwell.
  • Transfer this mixture to the mould layered with dough, top it with kiwi slices, refrigerate and let it set.
