1.Soak almonds(Badam) in water for a night.After that remove its peel and grind it corsely by adding 1/2 small glass of milk.
2.Take a pan and put ghee in it.Let it heat,then add semya and fry it.Now keep it aside.
3.Boil milk in a seperate vessel.
4.Take a vessel and add semya.After that add total milk and almond paste,wait until semya boils.
5.Now add sugar,milk maid to the mixture and let it boil for 5 more minutes.
6.Put off the stove.Now take a spoon of ghee in a pan and fry cahew peices until golden brown.
7.Garnish badam semya with cashew nuts.
