Ingredients used in BAKED POTATO MUSHROOM
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Lime juice - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
• Olive oil - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Butter(cube) - 1-2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Potato - 1-2 numbers.
• Mushrooms - 6-8 numbers.
• Vegetable broth - 2 teaspoons.
• Parmesan cheese - 1-2 teaspoons.
Method:
Remove the peel of potato and cut into cubes and place in water. Cut mushroom into big pieces. In a bowl add garlic, pepper powder, lime juice, olive oil, salt, butter and mix nicely. To it add coriander leaves, potatoes, mushrooms, vegetable broth and place in oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 mins. When potato is slightly cooked but not mashy, sprinkle parmesan cheese and bake again for 8 min. Transfer into serving bowl and serve it.
