Ingredients used in BANANA CAKE
• Baking powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Flour - 220 grams.
• Sugar - 170 grams.
• Soft butter - 120 grams.
• 500 g ripe bananas, mashed up - 500 grams.
• Thick milk - 100 ml.
• Chocolate chips and nuts - 4 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree C.
  • Blend the ingredients: Using your spatula spoon add the butter into the mixer bowl, follow with the sugar, then whisk for a few minutes.
  • Then slow down the speed and slowly add the mashed bananas,milk and mix it again.
  • Mix the dry ingredients maida andbaking powder separately. Slowly begin to add the flour, shaking it in little by little then add in the chocolate chips and finally the nuts.
  • Whisk it for few minutes. Using your spatula give it one final mix. Put the mixture in a greased baking tin and bake it for 45 mins till the cake is done.
