BEAN FRIED RICE

Ingredients used in BEAN FRIED RICE
• Whole masoor dal - 1 cup.
• Whole red gram - 1 cup.
• Black eyed bean - 1 cup.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 number.
• Capsicum - 1 cup.
• Yellow capsicum - 1 cup.
• Cooked rice - 2 cups.
• Tomatoes(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 3 pieces.
• Garlic(chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• White pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • Soak the masoor dal, red gram, black eyed bean overnight and boil it separately and keep aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan and add garlic, onions, salt and saute it.
  • Add yellow capsicum, green capsicum and saute it.
  • Add black eyed bean, red gram, masoor dal, tomatoes saute it for a minute.
  • Then add white pepper powder and saute it for a minute.
  • Now add rice and toss it and check for seasoning.

Atlast add coriander leaves and serve the hot bean fried rice.
