Ingredients used in beans raita
• Mustard powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Curd - 500 grams.
• Beans - 1 lbs.
• Salt - 1 tablespoons.
cut beans into small pieces (long spring beans) and boil it with 1 tbs salt for 10 minutes and drain it keep it aside. ground the 1tbs of mustard into powder and 2-3 green chilles into paste. take 500 grams of curd add beans, mustard powder,chille paste ,salt to it take a small pan add 50grm of oil ,to it add 1tsp of jeera ,mustard, and when they split,add 1 redchille, 1 stem of curry leaves,pinch of hing,pinch of dry ginger powder now add this seasoning to the curd now the delicious beans raita is ready to serve
