Ingredients used in Beef Egg Rolls
• Lean ground beef - 250 grams.
• Onion (chopped) - half cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Carrots (grated) - half cup.
• Egg roll wraps (spring roll pastry) - 10 numbers.
• Flour - half cup.
• Water chestnut (chopped) - half cup.
• Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic salt - 1 tea spoon.
• Black pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, add ground beef and mix well.
  • Cut wrappers into 4.
  • Place a teaspoon of mixture into one corner of wrapper, fold over bringing in the two sides.
  • Wet the top corner with some water and fold over.
  • Deep fry for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.

    Serve with your favorite sauce.
