Ingredients used in BEEF TIPS AND GRAVY
• Beef tips - 1 lbs.
• Chopped onion - 1 numbers.
• Flour - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
• Black pepper - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Roll beef tips in flour, salt, and pepper. Drop in hot oil and cook until color changes to brown then remove.
  • Now add chopped onion tothe hot oil pan, saute.
  • Add browned beef tips and water to make gravy. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.

Serve with rice, creamed potatoes, or biscuits.
