Ingredients used in Bellam Attu
• Chapathi flour - 1 cup.
• Maida - 1 cup.
• Jaggery - as required to taste.
• Salt - pinch.
• Ghee - to fry.
Method:

Heat Jaggery with water on a stove/microwave.. (Qty of jaggery- as per our own taste) To this, Add 1 cup of Maida amp; 1 cup of chapathi flour And mix it... U can also add a pinch of salt, to enhance the sweetness of jaggery.. NOTE: Consistency of the mixture must be thicker compared to dosa batter... Pour this mixture onto the heated tawa into a chapathi,,, Fry both the sides with litttle Ghee on a low-medium flame, until Dark golden brown colour.. Serve when hot..
