Heat Jaggery with water on a stove/microwave.. (Qty of jaggery- as per our own taste)
To this, Add 1 cup of Maida amp; 1 cup of chapathi flour And mix it...
U can also add a pinch of salt, to enhance the sweetness of jaggery..
NOTE: Consistency of the mixture must be thicker compared to dosa batter...
Pour this mixture onto the heated tawa into a chapathi,,,
Fry both the sides with litttle Ghee on a low-medium flame, until Dark golden brown colour..
Serve when hot..
