GREEN CHILLI CURRY

Main Ingredient : Green chillies
Servings : 4 persons

Ingredients used in GREEN CHILLI CURRY
• Oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - half tea spoon.
• Green chillies(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin powder - 1 pinch.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Chickpea flour - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, salt and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • When green chillies is roasted add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chickpea flour and mix nicely.

Now green chilli curry is ready to serve.
