Ingredients used in Bengali Paneer
• Ghee - 1 teaspoons.
• Refined oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Kashmiri mirch powder - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Sliced onion - 1 piece.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Egg - 2 piece.
• Flour - 100 grams.
• Paneer - 250 grams.
• Salt - as / taste .
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Sliced capsecum - 1/4 piece.
• Bay leaf - 1 leaf.
Method:
cut the paneer into small pieces. now boil a cup of water and pour it to the paneer. when the paneer becomes soft remove the excess water. now in a bowl mix the flour and egg and a pinch pf salt. mix it well. now set a fry-pan on the gas-oven and pour the oil into it. when the oil becomes hot, dip the peices of paneer in the bater of flour and egg and fry. now in the remaining oil, pour 1/2 ghee and wait till hot. now give the onion and ginger-garlic paste in it and then the bay leaf. now fry it golden and add some salt and suger and then the fried paneer and capsecum. now and some water and boil. when the flavour gets into the paneer add the garam masala and serve in a decorative bowl. apply the remaining ghee as toping.
