Ingredients used in Bhendi Bhaja
• Chota chota bhendi - 250 grams.
• Onion - to fry.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Haldi/turmeric powder - to taste.
Method:
Wash the Bhendi. Cut round small in pieces. Then cut onion medium size 4 or 5. If you will add more onion then no problem. In a tawa add oil. After that add onion.Fry the onion to golden colour. Add the bhindi, then salt and haldi. Fry without water. We are not adding water that is why stir it frequently. It is very very tasty. Not necessary to add any powder.
