Ingredients used in Bistek Srilankan Dish
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 2 stricks.
• Mint leaves - 2 stricks.
• Coriander leaves - 5 stricks.
• Green chillies - 2 small.
• Tomotto medium - 1 numbers.
• Onion - 1 big.
• White vinegar - 10 ml.
• Pepper powder - 4 tablespoons.
• Boneless chicken - 500 grams.
• Whole garam masala - 2 grams.
• Jeera - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
Method:

1. Clean the boneless chicken and put in a bowl 2. Put Pepper Powder, Salt, Turmeric amp; vinegar in the chicken 3. Mix it well with hand amp; keep in aside for atleast 45 minutes 4. Now light up a pan in the stove 5. Put oil in it 6. When it becomes hot, put Jeera, Whole garam masala in it 7. Then put chopped onions in it amp; make it brown 8. Put little salt in it, put 2 chopped chillies, curry leaves, mint in it 9. Now add ginger garlic paste in it 10. Let it cook for 2,3 minutes 11. Put tomottoes in it amp; cook it for 3,4 minutes 12. Add Chilli powder in it 13. Now put the soaked chicken in it 14. Mix it well amp; close the pan with a lid 15. Let the chicken cook 16. In between open the lid amp; mix it slightly 17. Chicken will be cooked amp; the dish will be ready 18. Spread coriander leaves in it amp; serve
