BITTER GOURD CHIPS

Ingredients used in BITTER GOURD CHIPS
• Bitter gourd - 3 numbers.
• Corn flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red colour - 1 pinch.
• Water as required - 0.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:

1. Cut bitter gourd into lengths or long slices. 2. Take a bowl and add corn flour, rice flour, pepper powder, red chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, red colour, mix it. 3. Add little by little water and mix nicely to bajji batter consistency. 4. Place bitter gourd and mix nicely, allow it rest for 5 min. 5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bitter gourd chip until it is crispy on slow flame initially latter on high flame. 6. Transfer into paper towel once it cool down transfer into air tight container and it can be stored for 15 day. 7. Now Bitter gourd chips are ready to serve.
