Ingredients used in Bitter melon mango chutney salad
• Green chillies fined chopped, curry leaves - 3 chillies .
• Coconut grated - 1 cup.
• Green mango grated - 1 cup.
• Bitter melon grated - 1 cup.
• Onions fine chopped - .5 cup.
Method:
Take 1-2 Bitter gourd ( pavakai) and grate them (approximately 1cup) Take off the seeds. Peel the skin of green mango and grate the mangoes. (1cup) Mix bitter gourd and mango with hands . Add Shredded coconut (1cup) Mix them well and add enough salt Now add chopped green chillies chopped onion and chopped curry leaves. Finally add oil on the pan add mustard , urad dal and add the tempering. This chutney has sour bitter and sweet taste. Please try it out. Thank you
