Ingredients used in blueberry jam roll
• Blueberry jam - 100 grams.
• Vanilla flavour - 3 drops.
• Cornflour - 75 grams.
• Castor sugar - 75 grams.
• Eggs - 5 numbers.
Method:

Method: 1. Beat the eggs and sugar together with vanilla until it reaches ribbon stage 2. Fold the cornflour gently into the above mixture 3. Pour on a swiss roll tray spread evenly by using off set spatula 4. Preheat the oven 200*c on top and 180*c on bottom heat and bake for 7-8mins 5. Once remove from the oven asap remove the sponge sheets from the pan and let it cool down 6.Brush some sugar syrup and spread the blueberry jam on the top of the sponge roll it and slice and serve sprinkle some snow sugar on top.
