BOTTLE GOURD CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in BOTTLE GOURD CHUTNEY
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 7 cloves.
• Bottle gourd - 1 number.
• Ground nut - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Amchur powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 10-15 numbers.
Method:
  • Heat oil a pan and add cumin seeds, garlic, bottle gourd, ground nut, salt, coriander leaves and saute it.
  • Switch off flame and add amchur powder, allow it to rest for some time.
  • Transfer into mixie jar and blend into coarse paste.

Now bottle gourd chutney is ready to serve.
