Ingredients used in bread jamun
• Cardamon a pinch - pinch.
• Sugar - 2 cup.
• Oil for frying - .
• Bread - 1 loaf.
• Saffron - 2 or 3 springs.
Method:
To start prepare sugar syrup in a vessel. Keep the syrup aside. Take bread cut the edges of the bread pieces. Take the white portion of the bread slice,dip it in water. You should not soak it in water , remove excess water prepare balls from the bread slices. Deep fry the balls in balls and put it in the sugar syrup after the balls are cool. Bread Jamuns are ready to eat.
