Ingredients used in BREAD SANDWICHES
• Green corriander - 10-15 leaf.
• Salt,chilli pdr - according to taste.
• Boiled potatoes - 4 numbers.
• Bread slices - 8 slice.
• Saunf - 5 grams.
• Oil/ghee - to fry.
• Mustard seeds,cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
STEP 1: BOIL THE POTATOES. STEP 2: PUT LITTLE OIL IN THE PAN STEP 3: ADD LITTLE MUSTARD AND CUMIN SEEDS.LET THEM CRACKLE. STEP 4: ADD CHILLI POWDER. STEP 5: MASH THE POTATOES AND PUT IN THE MASALA. STEP 6: NOW PUT SALT AND SAUNF.MIX IT. STEP 7: TURN OFF THE GAS , LET IT COOL. STEP 8: ADD CORRIANDER OVER IT. STEP 9:SPREAD THIS MIXTURE ON A SLICE AND COVER IT WITH ANOTHER SLICE. STEP 10: SPREAD GHEE ON BOTH THE SIDES AND ROAST FOR 3-5 MIN. TILL TILL IT BECOMES CRISPY
