Ingredients used in Broccoli chutney
• Turmeric powder - .
• Salt - to taste.
• Jeera - 2tsp teaspoons.
• Coriander seeds - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Onions (medium) - 2 numbers.
• Dry red mirchi (big) - 6 numbers.
• Broccoli - 1 numbers.
• Hing - .
• Curryleaves - .
• Mustard seeds - 1tsp teaspoons.
Method:

For 1 Broccoli --- 6 Dry red mirchi (big) , 2 Onions (normal size) Fry Dry redmirchi, daniya (coriander seeds), jeera and put them a side. Now fry onions also add turmeric powder and salt, now blend all together. Now fry Broccoli in oil and then add water till they get immersed. Cook it till the water is evaporated and oil is seen. Now let it cool and blend it with the paste prepared above and lill Tamarind. Now take some oil in a pan and add dry redmirchi, curry leaves, mustard seeds, and lill Hing (Inguva,Asafetida) and add the blended broccoli. Done, Ready to eat, this should be in refrigerator and it stays for a week. It goes good with Dosa, or Rice.
