Ingredients used in Burfi
• Almond grounded - 1 cup.
• Evaporated milk - 16 fl. oz..
• Cashew nuts grounded - 1 cup.
• Butter - 1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add milk and bring it to a boil stirring continuously.
  • Once the milk boils , simmer it till the milk thickens.Then add the ground nuts and sugar and let it cook for another 8 minutes on low flame by stirring occasionally.
  • Pour the mix to a flat dish and spread evenly using a spatula.Once it cools down , cut into squares.

Delicious Burfi is ready to serve.

I think you give the ingredients wt in Ml and Grms b'se butter stick 1/2 or sugar 1 cup is not clear in grms so take only one type of praportion and keep common for all receipy. It's really useful as we are in Canada and can get good Idea . Thanks
