Ingredients used in busiriroti
• Salt and red chilly powder - to taste.
• Grated onion - 1 cup.
• Grated pottotos - 2 cup.
• Bhutter ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Dough of whole wheat - 2 cup.
mix mixture of pototos and onions and add salt and red chilly powder.make 4 parts of mixture to make 4 busaris.keep aside. roll 8 round rotis and spread little oil on it .heat the Tawa. in between of 2 rotis spread little oil and spred one part of mixture on it and cover wirh another roti.on slow fire bake slowly till golden color appears.according to taste apply ghee on both sides. when baked properly open the gap from one side and put little ghee inside the busri/its ready to serve with papad or chatney or pickles.
