CABBAGE AND CORIANDER SOUP

Ingredients used in CABBAGE AND CORIANDER SOUP
• Oil - as required.
• Garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 1-2 numbers.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Capsicum - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander stems - 1 tablespoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 pinch.
• Cabbage - 1 cup.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Vegetable stock - 500 ml.
• Tasting salt - 1 pinch.
• Cornstarch paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - half bunch.
Method:
  • Take some oil in a hot pan and add garlic, green chillies, onions, salt, capsicum, coriander stems, pepper powder, cabbage, soya sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add vegetable stock and let it boil.
  • Once it starts boiling add tasting salt, cornstarch paste and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Now switch off the flame and add coriander leaves before serving in a bowl.
