Ingredients used in Pani-puri ka pani
• Imli pulp 1 Tablespoons.
• Jaggery sliced(as per taste) 1-2 Tablespoons.
• Green chillies 3-4 Numbers.
• cumin powder 1 Tablespoons.
• Mint leaves 1 Bunch.
• Red chilli powder-if needed 1 Teaspoons.
• Salt as per taste 1-2 Pinch.
• Hing 1 Pinch.
How to make the recipe:
Mix all these ingredients well and grind to a fine paste. Then add as much water as you want. Adjust seasoning and keep it refrigerated. Serve chilled. Get puris , stuff them with boondi soaked in water for 2-3 minutes, dahi beaten if u want and then have it with this pani prepared above.
