Ingredients used in Cabbage and Spinach Pakora
• Cabbage - 1/2 cup.
• Spinach - 1/2 can.
• Onions - 3 tablespoons.
• Green pepper - 2 numbers.
• Bengal gram flour - 1/4 cup.
• Roasted dhalia - 1/2 cup.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Baking soda - a pinch.
Method:
Mix all of the above ingredients and form a dough. Do not add water. Just sprinkle water say a few drops. Heat oil in a skillet and fry them in medium heat. Serve with Tomato Ketchup
