Cabbage and Spinach Pakora

Ingredients used in Cabbage and Spinach Pakora
• Cilantro - .
• Salt to taste - .
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Spinach - 1/2 cup.
• Grated cabbage - 1/2 cup.
• Green pepper/chillies - 2 - 3 numbers.
• Bengal gram flour - 1/4 cup.
• Roasted dhalia flour - 1/2 cup.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Soda bicarb - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil to fry - .
• Cashews optional - 1 tablespoons.
• Onions optional - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
Mix all of the above ingredients in a pan and add say TSP of Hot Oil to the mixture. Make a soft dough . Do not add water. Just sprinkle a few drops if needed. Adding water would make the dish oily when fried in Oil. Heat Oil in a skillet . Take small portions of the mix and deep fry them in oil. Drain any excess oil and serve hot woth Chutney or sauce. Best when eaten hot.
