Ingredients used in CABBAGE KOTTU
• Corriander(optional) - half cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli - 4 numbers.
• Coconut - half cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Cabbage - 1 large.
• Ghee(optional) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil cabbage with water(take water that will be sufficeint to boil cabbage and add little salt).
  • When cabbage is done make a blend of coconut,redchilli and cumin seeds in mixi.
  • Add this blend with cabbage and add salt.
  • Let it boil till all the ingredients cooked(about 10 - 15minutes).
  • Heat ghee in pan add corriander leaf and saute for 1 minute.then mix with kottu.it will give more flavour to kottu(optional).
