Chicken Curry with Mustard Oil

Ingredients used in Chicken Curry with Mustard Oil
• Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry red chilies - 3 number.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Poppy seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mustard oil - as required.
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Onion paste - 1/2 cup.
• Curry leaves - 2 spring.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • Dry roast the coriander seeds, dry red chilies, cumin seeds, poppy seeds and blend them to a fine powder by adding salt.
  • Heatmustard oil in a pan, add chicken and saute it.
  • Now add onion paste, curry leaves, salt, tomato puree, earlier prepared masala powder, water and put on a lid and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • When oil oozes out of gravy addcoriander leaves and turn off the flame.

Chicken Curry with Mustard oil is now ready toserve with hot rice.
