Ingredients used in Cabbage Medu Vadas
• Soaked urad dal - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Grated cabbage - 1 number.
• Crushed pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - small.
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 4 springs.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take soaked urad dal in a blender, grind to a fine batter and transfer to abowl.
  • Now, add finely grated cabbage to the bowl with urad dal batter, also add cumin seeds, salt, crushed pepper powder, chopped ginger, chopped curry leaves and mix well.
  • Take small portions of the preparedbatter, shape them into vadas, deep fry in hot oil and transfer to a plate.

Hot and delicious Cabbage Medu Vadas are now ready toserve with the pickleof your choice.
