Ingredients used in capsicum -tomato pachadi
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Corriander leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Small green chilli - 2 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Capsicum - 1/2 numbers.
• Salt - 1 or 1/2 tablespoons.
• Curd - 1 or 2 cup.
Method:

cut 1/2 capsicum and one tomato into thin slices.cut 2 small green chilly. Heat pan and add two tbsps of cooking oil to this add little mustard seeds, allow this to splutter then add green chilli, capsicum n tomato. saute till tomato smashes. keep pouring little water to the mixture to prevent it from burning.let the capsicum be little crunchy.to this add little turmeric powder and red chilli powder. saute it for some five mins.and then this is ready. after the mixture has cool down add curd and little water. add salt to this mixture according to the taste. finally, add coriander leaves.
