Ingredients used in Carrot Kheer
• Badam - 100-150 grams.
• Cashewnut - 50 grams.
• Milk - 1Littler .
• Carrot - 250 grams.
• Sugar - 200-250 grams.
Method:

In a pressure cooker cut the carrots into small pieces and boil with the required quantity of milk till the carrot nicely boiled. After that take the carrot and blunder it like a paste. Then badam and cashewnut also blunder it like a paste. In a pan hot the milk and add the carrot paste and badam amp; cashewnut paste Add sugar in it. and stir it till cook and will be little thick like bhoat ka Halwa At last take from heat and you serve it.
