Ingredients used in Carrot Rice
• Cooked rice - 250 grams.
• Soya sauce - 6 drops.
• Ajinomoto - pinch.
• Chopped green chillies - 2 .
• Finely chopped carrot - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan 2. Add green chillies and fry it until fresh chilli flavor arises 3. Then add finely chopped carrot and fry for 1 minute 4. Add one pinch of Ajinomoto to this mixture,cooked rice,6 drops of soya sauce and salt 5. Mix it well for half minute and off the stove.
