Ingredients used in chana dal parata/poori
• Water - .
• Atta - 2 cup.
• Chana dal - 1 cup.
• Hing - to taste pinch.
• Jeera - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:

prepare the dough like we do for paratha or roti. boil i cup of chana dal in little more than 2 cups of water say 2 1/4th cup of water. add salt too we want chana dal to be dry! put hing and jeera chaunk in dal. mash the well cooked dry dal with fork. cool the dal. fill it in the atta and roll it out. cook like paratha or fry like poori. serve with kheer
